RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the item in new condition, unused, and in its original packaging. No returns will be accepted if the item has been opened for any reason. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include a receipt or proof of purchase..

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a certain timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company and bank. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@jawadis.us.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please contact us at sales@jawadis.us.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to the address provided upon your return request via email. Do not ship it back to the return label address affixed on your packaging. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For more expensive items, consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
