Measuring Shoulders
Stand straight with your shoulders relaxed. Measure from one end of the shoulder to the other end by placing the measuring tape along the top of the shoulder and just below the base of the collar. It is strongly recommended to get your shoulders measured from the back side.
Chest
Encircle the measuring tape and measure around the fullest part of your chest just under the arms. Let one end of the tape meet the other end. Keep one finger between the tape and the body.
Wrist to Wrist
With your arms spread straight on either side of your torso, measure from one wrist to the other wrist.
Waist/Hip
Encircle the measuring tape and measure around the natural waistline. Let one end of the tape meet the other end. Keep one finger between the tape and the body.
